These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of itawatt.com.pk (the “Website”), operated by Itwatt under the ITAWATT brand (“ITAWATT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Website provides information about our energy storage products and ways to contact us, request a quotation, apply to become a partner, and subscribe to updates.
Please read these Terms before using the Website. By using it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website. Additional written terms may apply to a product purchase, installation, warranty, service, or partnership. If those terms conflict with these website terms on the same subject, the more specific written terms will govern that transaction or service.
1. Website information
We aim to keep the Website accurate and up to date. Product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, capacity figures, performance examples, compatibility information, availability, and other material are provided for general information. They may change as products and documentation are updated. Images may be illustrative, and the appearance of a delivered product may differ from an image on the website.
For a purchase or project decision, confirm the exact model, current technical datasheet, installation requirements, compatibility, price, availability, and applicable warranty with our team. Website content is not a binding offer to sell, a project design, or a guarantee that a product will meet a particular site requirement.
2. Enquiries, quotations, and orders
You may use our contact form or other listed channels to ask about products or request a quotation. Sending an enquiry does not place an order or require ITAWATT to supply a product. A quotation is subject to its stated validity, product availability, site requirements, and any conditions included in the quotation.
An order or service arrangement becomes binding only when the parties complete the applicable acceptance process in writing. The confirmed quotation, invoice, sales agreement, or other written terms will set out the relevant price, taxes, payment, delivery, installation, and cancellation arrangements. These website terms do not replace those transaction documents.
Please provide accurate contact and project information so we can respond appropriately. You are responsible for checking the final specifications and commercial terms before accepting an offer.
3. Partner applications
Submitting the “Partner With Us” form or contacting us about a partnership is an expression of interest. It does not appoint you as an authorized distributor, installer, service partner, or representative, and it does not grant permission to use ITAWATT’s name or branding as a partner. Any partnership will require ITAWATT’s review and a separate written agreement or written authorization.
4. Product selection and installation
Energy storage systems must be selected, installed, connected, operated, and maintained in accordance with the applicable product documentation and safety requirements. Project design and compatibility depend on the specific battery, inverter, electrical system, operating conditions, and local requirements. Information on the Website does not replace an assessment by a qualified professional.
Do not rely on a general Website example as the sole basis for equipment sizing, electrical work, or a safety decision. Contact our team for current product information and arrange qualified technical advice for your project.
5. Warranties and after-sales support
Any product warranty is governed by the warranty document or written terms supplied for the relevant product, together with rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. A reference on the Website to a warranty or after-sales service is a summary and does not extend or change the applicable written warranty. You keep ownership of material that belongs to you. You permit us to use and share it as reasonably needed to respond to your request, prepare a quotation, review a partner application, or provide support, in line with our Privacy Policy.
Do not send confidential information about another person or business unless you have authority to do so and it is needed for your request.
